Google Play Data Safety Notice: In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy, CropAI provides users with the right to request deletion of their account and all associated cloud data without requiring app re-installation or in-app logins.

1. Scope of Data Deletion

When an account deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your registered phone number will be permanently purged from our Supabase cloud database:

  • Account Record: Your phone number and SHA-256 hashed PIN.
  • Saved Field Scans: All historical GPS coordinates, soil profiles (pH, clay, sand, organic carbon), 7-day weather forecasts, solar radiation values, and crop suitability recommendations.
  • Telemetry & Usage Logs: Any diagnostic log entries (device specs, login events, permission events) linked to your account.

Note: Data stored locally on your device's browser/app storage can be cleared at any time by tapping "Log Out" in the app or clearing local browser storage.

2. Data Retention Policy

Once deleted, account data cannot be recovered. We do not retain backup copies of deleted user accounts beyond a 14-day administrative deletion queue window. No data is shared with third parties or retained for advertising.

3. How to Request Account Deletion

You can submit an account deletion request using either method below:

4. Processing Timeframe

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account data has been completely erased from our database.
